Orders are processed and despatched within one working day
UK orders of £20.00 or more qualify for FREE economy postage. Economy postage is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class and is usually delivered within 5 working days
Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 and is sent via Royal Mail 1st class and is usually delivered within 3 working days
You will be notified when your goods ship via your registered email address
Express delivery (UK) is charged at £12.95 and is either sent via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked or UK Mail next day (delivery next working day when ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday)
European delivery is charged at £14.95 and is sent via Royal Mail international (delivery 4 to 7 working days)
Rest of the world delivery is charged at £19.95 and is sent via Royal Mail international (delivery 5 to 15 working days - please contact us to confirm delivery times to your region)
We reserve the right to change the courier if weight or dimensions demand
We reserve the right to raise an additional charge on non-UK shipments should their combined weight exceed Royal Mail limits. We will contact you directly should this occur and offer a full refund or the option to pay the additional postage costs
Items that are due for release soon will be shown as "Pre-order" with a pre-order date in the text description
These items will be sent to you as soon as they come into stock and you will receive a notfication of shipping via your registered email address
You can request a refund at any time prior to dispatch of the item(s)
If an item isn't pre-ordered, we cannot guarantee that stock will be available on the release date as orders are processed on a first placed, first served basis
If an item's price increases on release, you will still only pay the pre-order price
We cannot be held responsible for any delays from the manufacturer / supplier and any release dates we show is subject to change
Refunds and Returns
If an order is cancelled within 2 days of placing it, a full refund will be given. (Provided the item hasn't already been despatched) (Excludes wholesale orders)
If you want to return an item for a refund, please contact us first in order to arrange a return reference to be included with the returned item
Return postage is non refundable unless item is faulty
Items of underwear can only be returned if they are faulty.
